Subscription Database Service: Kaipoob operates a subscription-based property database for real estate professionals (agents, investors, developers). Property details you submit — including property type, location, size, price, photos, and your contact information — may be made available to our paid subscribers to facilitate property transactions. By submitting your property through our form, you consent to this sharing.

6. Data Retention

• Property submissions: Retained for up to 5 years after submission, or until you request deletion
• Completed transactions: Retained for 10 years as required by Thai tax and property law
• Website analytics: Retained for 26 months (Google Analytics default)
