3. If I sell my house to Kaipoob, do I have to pay a commission?
Unlike when you use a real estate agent, there is NO commission to be paid if you sell to us. We are the buyer, you are the seller, and there is no middleman involved.
4. What are the transfer fees I need to pay?
You as a seller do not need to pay any transfer fees. We pay all transfer fees at the date of transferring the title deed at the land office.
5. If I have a mortgage on my property, can I still sell to Kaipoob?
We will buy any property, wether it has a mortgage on it or not.
6. After selling, when will I get paid?
You will recieve your payment immediately on the date of transferring the title deed at the Land Office.
7. What is the maximum price you buy property at?
We buy property in every price range.
8. How does it work?
Selling your property to us takes 3 steps only.

3. Get paid.

9. How many days does it take to complete the process?
From submitting your property to getting paid can happen within 7 days. We are ready to pay, the day you accept our offer.
10. If I want to sell my house / condo / land to Kaipoob but still have tenants renting it, is that possible?
Yes, we can buy property from you, even if there are still tenants occupying it.
11. Will I have to pay any upfront fees or additional attorney fees?
Nope, you pay nothing during the whole process. From start to finish.
12. Will have to pay Kaipoob to assess my property?
You do not have to pay for anything. We com to assess your property for free.
13. What are the risks if I sell to Kaipoob?
There are absolutely no risks involved. You do not need to pay anything until the transfer is done and can walk away from our offer any time you like.
14. If Kaipoob comes to look at my property and makes an offer but I don't want to sell, do I have to pay anything?
If we can not agree a price with you then you you have no obligations or costs at all.
15. Who will pay for renovations and repairs?
We buy property in any condition, so if any repairs or renovations need to be done to your property, we will pay for them.
16. Can you help me advertise my property?
Kaipoob buys property but we do not act as an agent. If you sell to us we will buy immediately.
